Focus Groups
A Focus Group is an 8 hour event with 4-12 group members in attendance. Focus Groups enable groups or organizations to bring focus and discussion to the issues that require your invested attention to resolve. Annual Focus Group Retreats are designed to refocus on the core values, vision and mission for the group or organization.
Your experienced From Good To Grace Consultant will work with you to develop your customized Focus Group event. In addition, your FGTG Consultant will personally facilitate your event for you to ensure desired results are achieved.
We recommend an annual Focus Group event for all organizations, groups and small business clients that we serve.

We encourage our clients to use our Study Groups to develop relationships and create their own "peer group" of people in their life that will inspire our clients to push toward their next level and achieve their goals.
Our Study Groups are led by our From Good To Grace consultants and are set up to meet on a weekly basis for 2 hour long sessions for 8 weeks. Topics and trainings offered throughout the year may vary. However, we can customize a Study Group for your small group to meet your specific needs.

Communication Skills Training & Train the Trainer Lunch & Learn
A Mastermind Group would be set up on a 12 week schedule meeting once weekly for 90 minutes. Assigned readings and homework would be covered at each Mastermind Session. Peer group development will be enhanced by selected participants.
Most topics offered with this program will be focused on one of several options from the John Maxwell Team trainings. Topics covered could be focused on Communication Skills, Leadership, Teambuilding, Team Leadership, Personal Development, Relationship Building, Networking and Accountability.
Mastermind Groups can be customized for your small group. We recommend a maximum group size of 12 participants.

Our Certified Kolbe Consultants will conduct research and provide certified testing for your organization leadership for this training. The Kolbe Lunch & Learn is limited to organization leadership only and last approximately 2 hours. Fees are quoted based on number of leaders participating in this training.
